Robin Barlow is a founding director at NineSquared. He has extensive experience in transport economics, regulatory and public policy analysis. His skills and expertise include strategy development and public policy design, market analysis, regulatory and economic impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, pricing and risk.

Phil leads NineSquared’s Sydney office and brings almost 20-years of public and private sector experience in transport and infrastructure planning to the firm.

Her skills span the project life cycle, from strategy and policy analysis through business case development to procurement and contractual negotiation.
