Winona is an analyst at NineSquared where she provides advice and analysis utilising her background in mathematics and data science. She has a background in programming and mathematical modelling with a strong focus on data analysis, modelling and visualisation. Prior to working at NineSquared, Winona worked as a data scientist at the Australian Taxation Office in Melbourne where she undertook data analytics for innovation research. While at NineSquared, Winona has utilised her data analytics skills on several engagements including:
- Development of a remoteness index based on the generalised cost of travel to classify transport needs in remote and regional towns in Australia for the Queensland Long Distance Transport Strategy Project
