Applying rigorous economic and commercial analysis, we advise clients across government, urban and rural water supply, agriculture, energy and other industry and stakeholder groups. With experience in diverse water related infrastructure and planning projects, we help our clients make informed decisions.

  • Assess infrastructure investments – We use cost benefit analysis and other evaluation frameworks to assess the social, economic and financial impacts of water infrastructure,  including dams, weirs, levees, pipelines, wastewater, and desalination plants.
  • Develop socio-economic profiles to inform water planning – Our team undertakes socio economic assessments of water catchments to identify trends, risks and opportunities that should be incorporated into future water planning.
  • Quantify risk in infrastructure project evaluation – Quantify and monetise the risk profile of water infrastructure projects using Monte Carlo Simulation analysis and other risk modelling techniques, allowing risk to be incorporated into the financial analysis of projects.
  • Price setting with regulated water infrastructure assets – Our team helps asset owners understand and account for the impact of capital expenditure on regulated assets and the ability to price water to industry, agriculture and retail customers.
  • Provide actionable advice for project delivery – We assist water asset owners to identify issues early to improve and strengthen outcomes, ensuring projects are ready to progress through gateway, peer, governance, and risk reviews.
  • Conduct post project reviews – Our team undertakes post project reviews to identify success factors, areas for development, and how future projects can benefit from these insights.
