Independent assessment is a vital governance and assurance mechanism implemented by sponsors and owners to determine whether public sector programs and projects are being delivered effectively. What we do

Our assurance specialists assist project sponsors and owners to have confidence in the progress and deliverability of their projects and programs. As independent reviewers , we conduct a range of assurance reviews, including gateway reviews, peer reviews, independent program and project reviews, and benefit realisation reviews. The team is also engaged to provide expert advice for internal review teams for local, state, and federal government programs and projects.
