A director on the NineSquared team, Ken specialises in public policy, economics, regulation and project and program assessment. He has extensive experience in the reform and performance assessment of government businesses and agencies, including departments and government owned corporations.

Steve is an accomplished strategy, policy and infrastructure advisory leader in the public and private sectors, with extensive and strong experience across both economic and social markets.

Robin Barlow is a founding director at NineSquared. He has extensive experience in transport economics, regulatory and public policy analysis. His skills and expertise include strategy development and public policy design, market analysis, regulatory and economic impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, pricing and risk.

Anthony is an Associate Director at NineSquared with a focus on transport economics, cost benefit analysis and infrastructure prioritisation. He has undertaken projects for a variety of public and private clients relating to electricity, transport, technology and the arts.

Phil leads NineSquared’s Sydney office and brings almost 20-years of public and private sector experience in transport and infrastructure planning to the firm.

Christine is a Director in the Sydney office and brings over 20 years’ experience in transport and infrastructure development and assessment to the firm. Her skills span the project life cycle, from strategy and policy analysis through business case development to procurement and contractual negotiation.

Simon Sagerer is a director at NineSquared’s Sydney office. He is an experienced transport economist and economic modeller, specialising in developing tailored demand forecasts to inform pricing reviews and strategies for regulated assets.
