NineSquared welcomed economics students from the University of Queensland and Griffith University into the Brisbane office this week.
Catherine Nguyen from the University of Queensland is participating in UQ Student Work Experience Program (SWEP) which provides an opportunity to work with NineSquared full-time for 3 weeks in the winter holidays. Catherine has been working on the NineSquared 2019 fare benchmarking report as well as working with other team members on client engagements.
Bradley Rappolt from Griffith is participating in the University’s Work Integrated Learning program and will work at NineSquared one day each week during the semester looking at the sensitivity of transport cost-benefit analyses to different input values.
NineSquared is excited to work with the University sector to provide opportunities for students to experience life as professional economists within a consulting practice. We value the different points of view and the diversity that students bring to the workplace and look forward to providing opportunities for more students in the future.
