Sae Chi

Sae is an analyst and published academic with strong project experience in the transport industry, and particularly in large-scale transport and infrastructure projects for government and business. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from QUT and has recently completed a PhD thesis on stochastic cost benefit analysis of toll roads. Sae works on a range of cost-benefit analysis and demand forecasting projects as well as undertaking research on value capture and road pricing as funding options for major transport projects.
